I adore writing these characters, each with his or her own stories to tell that have been built up over decades (or centuries). I have to live with them in my head for awhile and really get to know them well in order to do them justice. I hope that answers your question!

Just wanted to let you know that I just finished reading The Goodnight Kiss and absolutely loved it! I'm counting down the seconds until the next one comes out. Was there anything in particular that inspired the book? A love of fairies, Nordic mythology, green-eyed dreamboats...? LOL Love from Argentina!
