I get a lot of ideas when I'm supposed to be falling asleep at night. I keep a little notebook with story ideas on the nightstand next to my bed. Each idea usually starts with just a sentence or two, but then they evolve to epic plots with scores of characters. I never really have a shortage of ideas. My bigger problem is sticking to one idea at a time when I have so many other good ones I want to explore.
