Hello! I can't seem to find any info on if an audiobook of Inheritance will be comming out. Is it in the works somewhere?

Hi! Can you read only the 4 books of the Necromancer series and have "a completed story" with them or do you have to read all the series that are set into that world in order to "follow the bigger plot" of the world?, if you get what I mean :) ;)
