Hi Kelly... Glad to see you're well and weathering 'the troubles'. Christmas, maybe, or possibly the New Year, if'n we're all lucky. Book Five is inching towards the end of the first draft, and then of course there are my own re-reads/re-writes and polishing/editing on the fly before the draft wings its way over to the editing team. In all honesty, I can't say for certain, since it's not just my own time I have to guesstimate where production is concerned. Glad you liked Pol, he's not such a bad chap for a chiselling rogue! Like everyone else, I was depressed when Cometh the Scythesman was the end of the series. It was a great ending, but to not venture into the darkness with our friends...it hurt a bit. Thank you for Hurna's Blade!!! It helped fill a hole left in our hearts! Now we begin asking about the next book? PS - I loved finding Benmello's name in Light & Shadow in Melany's song even though it's not him - made me giggle.

Hi Mr. Kelly! First off, let me say book five was amazing and I can't wait to read more of the Shi'ell series!! So I just had a quick question: how old is Sten? I know he's younger, but I can't seem to recall an exact age. I have an approximation or exact age for everyone else, so I'd love to have his, if at all possible.
