I know how this is going to sound, but write something. Anything. As long as you enjoy it and you think it’s written to the best of your ability, then it’s worth doing. Put it out there, maybe it’ll flop, but I always believed that if even just one person (who wasn’t related to me) liked my work, it was worth doing.
