Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Vina Ip In Singapore, we only hear the voice of the industry stakeholders in the media. But the property market is not about them (the marketers), it is about us (the consumers). We are the ones who foot the bill in the industry.

That is why I write my 2nd book "Behind The Scenes Of The Property Market" to share my unbiased opinions on what I see the industry players (the developers, agents, banks, analysts and media) doing in the market from the point of view of a fellow homebuyer.
