Writer's block can only occur when the tale has not been planned out before the writing process began. If you plan your story in detail, chapter by chapter before you begin to write, knowing before you begin the first chapter, how the last chapter ends, you will never have writer's block, because at every point in the creative process you will know what you are going to write next.
