Okay, one more...I have a question about the crystals that the Fae wears. Given that this story has taken place in current times, crystal jewelry is everywhere, why have the Fae not run across a girl that is wearing some and be overly curious If it may work in their world? Just curious. Also, why do we never hear from the Fae that traveled to France or wherever the other hole let out.

I didn't want to distract from the story's main plot by side-questing jewelry sightings. There was some pretty extensive world-building already in those first three books, and I was juggling to keep the pacing engaging. And once those first three books were finished, the characters were in survival mode, so I wasn't sure how many would realistically still be wearing anything that could be caught on something when they're trying to run.
I would have LOVED to write more from other countries, but to do them justice, I would have needed to co-author with someone from that country. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. (I did try, though, by having the first three books translated into German!)

Hiya, Just been on your website and saw that the Beastly Tales extra snippets from Alec's point of view had stopped at the second trespass. Are you going to do some further snippets from Alec's POV or are those the only ones? I still really enjoy your books and look forward to the Cinderella Tales you're planning to do next year.
