Is Head Full of Ghosts being made into a movie?. I have a 7 yr older sister I feel like she scared the sh*t out of me in some of these same ways as a child.. However we are older now. There are sisters out there, that really do things like this. I wonder if you had the idea because you had an older sister and will u cast Amber Heard as the older sister? Also, Catriona Ward? Yes? I love her! Have you read her?

Hi, Anne. The same two production teams are working on it. They do have a new director and new screenplay (one that I hear is closer to the book). It has come close to being made a few times, let's hope the new director and writer can push it through.
The Cabin at the End of the World is going to be a movie in early 2023 though.
I was the oldest (with two siblings), but my sister (11 months younger) felt and looked like the older sibling up through high school. I infused much of my daughter (who was merry's age at the time of writing the book) into the 8 year old merry. Much to my wife's chagrin.
Catriona Ward is great!

Hi Paul, first off, you are my favorite new author. Head Full of Ghosts was my favorite but Devil's Rock and Cabin were fantastic as well. I am very much looking forward to seeing Head Full of Ghosts adapted for the screen but let's face it...I'm scared! How involved are you going to be with the process? What are the things that you refuse to deviate from, even if the studio wants to edit? Are you writing screenplay?
