In Crooked V2 you published a story titled "Solarmute." In this story, you mention the Fuller-Domes, lighter-than-air enclaves draped over the desirable zones in San Francisco. The gaps in between are populated by organized crime gangs. Why haven't the crime gangs infiltrated the domes? Wouldn't that be a far richer source of illicit income?
