Goodreads asked Suede D. Goldmann:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Suede D. Goldmann I just don't! haha
Ok, let's get serious...
First off — I deny the existence of writer’s block. That said, denial doesn’t always work! So whenever I’m stuck, I take it as a sign that I need to unplug.
Second off — I read. Simple as that. I let myself be inspired by other writers and their stories. It doesn’t have to be a whole book—sometimes just a few pages or a single chapter does the trick. 😉
Next, I shake up my writing habits and try approaching things from a different angle. Thinking outside the box always helps unlock something new. For example, I might jump ahead and write a brand-new chapter—or even the ending of my novel.
