Hi Lisa. All of my books are standalone so in theory you can read them in any order. If you are talking about my murder mysteries (Armstrong and Oscar) there is a progression in the personal life of the main protagonist so it's possibly a bit better for you to start with book one which is Murder in Tuscany. As to the doggies, we lost our little dog, Inky Dinky, after 17 years and cannot bear to lose another, so I understand! Have you ever visited Palm Springs, California? There is a shop called "Grace" named after the chocolate lab, Grace. She is sweet
