Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Thota Ramesh I have been in the Software Development for the last 30 years. I have worked all over the world including 8 years in USA. At every organization I worked, my main job as their Manager is to make the team highly productive. For that I train the team members and guide & mentor them to become the best in their profession.

I shared all those practical ideas in my recent book "Teamwork & Indian Culture (A Practical Guide for working with Indians)". I have written this book in a story format. It was relatively easy for me to do so as the characters & the plot have come out of real-life (The imagination part is very less).
