I write about life in Hollywood during its golden years (1920s to 1950s) so until a time travel machine is (finally!) invented, the best thing for me about being a writer is that I get to travel back in time and conjure up what life must have been like back then.

Hi Martin, I really loved the Garden of Allah series. But why did you stop at Book 9? Do you have any plans to write any more in the series? (covering the time periods for the death of Marilyn Monroe and the assassination of Kennedy, for example). Would love to read more. Thanks
