Hi Michael, Why did you choose to write about David Janssen? Juliet

Michael Phelps Helo Juliet,

David was a good friend of mine, for the last fifteen years of his life. I Co-authored "DAVID JANSSEN-MY FUGITIVE" with Ellie Janssen (his first wife). Ellie placed all the blame for the failure of their marriage on Dave, which I knew not to be true. Many of his fans and a few of his close friends urged me to write about our friendship. It is my objective to provide his fans with a deeply personal insight into what a kind, sensitive and compassionate man he truly was. Thank you for your interest. Hope you enjoy a pleasant weekend.

Hello, Mr Phleps, I am currently reading your two books on David Janssen. They are exceptional !! Such masterpieces! I wanted to know why photos of you and David were not contained in the books. Perhaps 1 photo for each book? Also, no mention about his biological father, Harold Meyer? Why? I know David was guarded when talking about his biological father.
