How do you get inspired to write?

Andrew McGregor I think this is a difficult question as people draw their own conclusions. I simply enjoy it and usually write something every day. Others may do something different, we are all motivated in different ways and no way is right or wrong. I do like moving a plot around in my mind for days or choosing a character to walk round the park with, considering their development, next moves, what they are like, etc. I find that easy to progress from as I get to like them...I also am usually urged to expand the story and feel irritated if the plot is not fully formulated in my head.
