Have you ever read the sequels to Rebecca? Susan Hall's Mrs. DeWinter or Sally Beauman's Rebecca's Tale ? If you did are they worth reading? Thanks Gloria B

Long ago I read a gloomy sequel. I don't remember the title. The couple return to the area and they have a hectic social life, with Mrs. Danvers plaguing Mrs. De Winter again. I hated it.
