Did a character end up surprising you while you were writing the book?

Holli True As a last minute character who didn't exist in the first draft at all, Charlie really shocked the hell out of me! He came out of nowhere and stole the handful of scenes I gave him. He's witty and sarcastic and just a lot of fun. Jonah labeled him the "Library Hipster" because of his style. I pretty much want Charlie to be my best friend. :)

Readers are already asking for more of him, which I love, and they will be happy to know that I have big plans for Charlie in the three future books for the Reckless Series! Thank you for the question!!
