I'm probably being a bit thick here and it's probably my PC being a douche but erm... your website for this series of books... is it working? It's not letting me open the extras for the series. Any ideas as what to do? I have refreshed the page (more than once), changed my network connection, logged off an back on. I'd be very very very very grateful for any help. Thank you x

I just saw on Amazon that there's another book "Demon Kept" which isn't exactly listed as part of the series on Goodreads. Where does Demon Kept fall in the resurrection chronicles? I really want to read ALL the books in the correct order.
