What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Madison Michael I wanted to write my whole life but I instead I followed traditional routes in business so that I could earn a living. This route may not be for everyone, but it has afforded me a cushion now that I am writing so that I am able to write what I want to write without worrying as much about the commercial success of my work. I like that.

But I am sad that I waited this long to start too.

So my advice, stay tapped into your creative side no matter what you do for a living. Don't lose it. Don't lose sight of it. Find a way to write something, a journal, an article, a blog, short stories. Stay connected to yourself as a writer.
