How do you deal with writer’s block?

Edita A. Petrick Never had it. I've always been...compelled or driven to write. When I worked downtown (Toronto that is) I used to commute via subway. It was going to be a miserable day at work when I could not get a seat next to the window where I could take out my hard-clipboard and write - long-hand. I can't write directly to screen. I scribble down ideas and even blocks of dialogue and then...transcribe when I can sit down with my laptop or desktop.
