Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Barbara Spencer Because I have always written for YA's and children, (until Broken came along) the adults in my stories have often been the bad guys. So, for me, it has to be Dr Alison Shaw and Tom McFaddean from Legend of the Five Javean. I mean they're not married or anything. In fact she doesn't much like him at the beginning of the book. Anyhow, she's fantastic, terribly funny and a whizz with a hockey stick and he's the most marvellous cook, and totally brilliant with a sword.
