“Signature of the testator
i. The will shall be signed by the testator or shall have his mark affixed to it.
ii. It can be signed by some other person but in the testator’s presence but also by his direction.
iii. It must be dated. If the will is not dated, proof of the day may be given when the petition for probate is filed.”
