“Try this experiment. If you’re looking to have a better relationship with God’s angels, ask God to help you be aware of their presence. The next time you go to work, to the grocery store, or to the doctor, ask God to send your guardian angel ahead to prepare the way for you. Ask God to have your angel help you with a crisis. Worrying about the job? Ask God to have the angels guide you in discerning what to do. Ask God in prayer for angelic assistance. Many of us, in our day-to-day lives, fail to ask God for anything. But ask. And see what happens. Don’t focus on angels during the day. Make your petition, put God first in all that you do, and go about your day. See what happens.
