Which power would you rather have and why?

I think I would like to have the ability to heal others. I hate to see others suffer and I have 2 boys that play football. :)

Vanquisher powers! I'm definitely an action kind of person and it would be cool if I could kick some major reaper butt :)

Being a Vanquisher would take too much out of me - I'm not one for violence. I do not have an affinity for music so I couldn't be a Sounder. I don't have the patience to be a Tracer. It may be cool to be a Light-bearer and to always be able to draw energy from objects so that I could be full of life. It would also be great to be a Healer and to be able to take away pain from the ones I love but...

I would really like to be a Guardian. I'd love to have the ability to protect everyone around me and keep them safe. It would also be amazing to see people differently by viewing their auras. I just think the world would be so much more beautiful with all those colors floating around.

Oh, seeing auras would definitely be cool Courtney! Maybe I'd be a better judge of character if I could see them haha.

You are so adorable and lovely, Courtney. I love the way you see the world, which is precisely why I have such characters as Healers, Light-bearers, and Guardians in the book. And, yes, you'd definitely be one of these! I see you as a Light-bearer, actually. A particular one in RESISTANCE to tell you the truth. :D

Oh yes!! I definitely have my Light-bearing days... especially when I'm hopped up on Icees and cotton candy or when I'm super excited about something (like your awesome book)!! Plus, I'm so pale I already glow!!!

Maybe this is why I'm so in book-love with Ben! :-)

Sounder definitely, I love music more than I love books (sorry!) so that would be my power 100% :D

Ha, ha! I knew that would pique your interest. ;) Rebekah suggested making a soundtrack since there are so many music references in RISING. I'd have a totally different one for RESISTANCE. I'll be putting that together this week and posting a new thread. I have a question I want to ask readers in reference to Jeremy, too, but I'll save that for when I post the thread. :D

That's awesome! I always have music playing in the back of my head when picturing a certain scene anyway. Excited to see the soundtrack for Resistance!

I'd be a light person or whatever Ben is. I think it would be cool to have all that energy and be able to glow and stuff.

Oh yes! You'd definitely be a Light-bearer, especially with that blond hair, the tell-tale trait of an LB. :)

I guess, as an opera singer, I'd have to be the Sounder! Talk about breaking glass!
