Delirity discussion

I just finished Beneath a Rising Moon. I liked it, but for some reason I thought that the story was going to be about how Riley's mom was attacked, but that wasn't the case. I spent the first half of the book thinking huh? instead of paying attention since I couldn't figure out when it was going to come into play. Oops. =) I should have read the back of the book first. I thought someone had said it was a prequel, but I think it's just the stuff about the world itself that makes it prequelish.

I read these a while ago, after I read a couple of the Riley books. To me, with these books, it seems like she was working up to the Riley books. Makes sense since they were written before.

It was predictable, but fun. At least, I figured it out.

I'll bet my hands on a copy, soon I hope.
