What do you typically eat on Thanksgiving?

We usually have:

Seitan roast (dark) with roasted veggies
Mashed potatoes
Cashew gravy
Dressing
Lots of wine :-)

I finally learned/realized that it is dressing if it is never in a bird, and stuffing if it is/was. Therefore, stuffing = nasty.
