Jazz sighed as she saw his house and walked to the large house before knocking on the door and waited for him to get the door.

There was a few moments of silence, before footsteps sounds and the door opened slightly, answered by a young women who looked to be a Keeper working. She murmered something, turned and shouted for Zack.

Jazz heard the foot steps and saw the girl the jumped a bit when she shouted. She seemed wuiet so it surprised her when she did.

Zack came down the stairs, and smirked when he saw Jazz. "Hello there, the kids are upstairs, terrorizing the sitting room." he said.

Jazz rolled her eyes and entered the house "Yeah alright." she said then took off her coat revealing the tight, short, black pencil skirt and a too small of a white shirt she had to wear for her job.

Zack pursed his lips, turning away from her. He might hve an excuse to flirt with her, or check her out when he was in the Tavern drinking, but here it was out of question. She was to low for him to think bout, and he set off towards the kitchen, "Then go get them." he ordered.

Jazz rolled her eyes again and went up the stairs to the to the room and when she opened the door she saw three little kids that were going crazy

One of the children, a girl with bright red hair pulled back in a ponytail, let out a squeal of laughter as she bounced down from the couch and raced over to see Jazz, "Star!" She said, wrinkling her nose in disgust, "Ew!"

(oops ur probably right)

Jazz sighed and knealt down so that she was face to face "So I'm guessing your daddy told you about Stars?"

The redhaired girl frowned a bit at her. "Zack's not my daddy." She said, "Everybody says Stars are bad people, but your to pretty to be bad!"

Jazz sighed in releif when she said that then lightly smiled as she said that "Well thank you your pretty too. But not all Stars are bad people." she said with a gently smile then looked up when he heard a noice of pattering feet to reveal a little boy coming toward them

The girl smiled a bit to, and peeked over her shoulder at the little boy. "That's Jason, he's my cousin, he's a brat." She said.

Jazz turned to the little boy and smiled softly as she said that "He doesn't seem that bad." she said with a smirk

The girl shook her head then rolled her eyes, "He's a monster! Just wait and you'll see!" She said, "Well, I'm Roxy."

She laughed a bit and smiled "I'm Jasmine, but you guys can call me Jazz." she said friendly

"Jazz. I like that name, it's better then Roxy! My name kind of sounds like rock and then see. Wanna come downstairs and get something to eat with us? Zack said he was going to leave after you came." Roxy was speaking quickly, it was almost hard to catch everything she was saying.

Jazz grinned with her eye brow raised and smiled before nodding "Yeah sure, let's go." she said and headed down stairs with the both of them

Roxy trotted behind her, and ran past her when they got to the kitchen. She went over and opened the cubarts, pulling out several snacks. "You can have anything you want to." She said.

Jazz looks over the food and looked down at Roxy "Do you really want this stuff for dinner? I can cook you guys something better."

"Like what?" Roxy asked, blinking at her, "Do you really know how to cook?" Most of the Torches didn't know how.

Jazz smiled and nodded "Mhm my boyfriend, Mark, taught me." she said and started to get pots out and some some in them heating it up to a boil

Roxy strted giggling. "You have a boyfriend!" She accused, grinning at her, "That's cute!"

Jazz chuckled a bit when she said that "Yep and I'm glad he is." she said smiling and started to to stir the pasta

"Is he cute? My mom says I'm going to have to marry one of the Napper's sons when I get older, but I don't like him. He's mean." Roxy said, sitting in one of the chairs around a white table.

Jazz lightly smiled and nodded "Yes he is." she said then her face got a bit sad before going over to her and knelt down to her "Don't worry sweetheart I'm sure you'll find someone you will like." she said gently to her

Roxy shook her head and sighed. "I don't get to choose, it's called an arranged marridge. Unless something happens to the boy I have to be with when I'm older, then I still have to marry him." She replied.

Jazz sighed and shrugged "Well maybe you'll grow to like him." she said then looked over at Jason who was being quite "Sweety you alright?" she asked him gently

Roxy shrugged, looking over at her cousin. "He dosen't talk to strangers." She said.

Jazz studied him for a second before nodding "I get that." she said then got the pasta in the bowl and put it on plates. She placed one in front of Roxy and one in front of Jason "Eat up you guys." she said with a smile

"Make sure you get some to!" Roxy said in a sing-song voice, poking a fork into the top of her pasta.

Jazz chuckled "I know." she smirked and got her own bowl as she started to eat some of her pasta.

((Uge, but no one has been talking to Scott or aknowledging him....))

Roxy ate slowler, savering the taste. "You cook better then most people." She murmered after swallowing, and shovel another forkfull into her mouth.

(Well Renee just fainted... Have him do something about that... Please...)

Jazz laughed a bit as she said that "Thank you Roxy." she said softly and continued to eat

Roxy nodded, to buisy eating to speak anymore.

Jazz finished her fod and so did Jason so she started to wash the two plates as Zack came in through the door

"How's it going littin's?" Zack asked, going past them and taking out a drink from the cooler, then turning to them.

"Okay!" Roxy said, "I like Jazz!" She added, hopping down and walking to the sink, placing her plate on the counter.

Jazz smiled as Roxy said that and took her plate "Thank you Roxy, now go up stairs to the sitting room with Jason, ok?" she said with a smile

"Okay." Roxy said, go9ing over and grabbing Jason's hand and pulled him out of the kitchen.

Jazz lightly smiled as she watched them and started to wash the dishes "Who's kids are they?" she asked Zack without looking at him

"My wife's aunt's son and my wife's uncle's daugter." Zack replied, between taking sips of his drink.

Jazz nodded "They're good kids, Jason's a little shy though." she said and lightly smiled before continuing to wash

Mr. Martalis knocked hard on the door. He didn't have time to waste if he wanted to get the escaped Starlight back to where she belonged before sunrise. He was to tired for this sort of thing to happen so late.

"Yeah I know." Zack murmeredto Jazz and rose his head when he heard a knock on the door. He set his drink on the counter and walked over to the door, opening it. "Yeah?"

Jazz followed him as she dried her hands and saw the man at the door

"Mr. Donalds we need your help with a runaway Star." He said and shivered. "I've been told she headed towards the fields and I would of asked someone else but our other group of nappers are still out on their raid."

"Also my group group of Nappers or mostly likely drunk." Mr. Martalis cleared his thought. "they normally celebrate when we get back, so if i know them they'll be of no use, especially because of our losses our last raid."

Zack cast a glare at Jazz for following him before he returned his attentoin to the man, nodding a bit as he listened. "I guess I could help look out, maybe gather a few others whom aren't nappers to help look for the girl. But how is she a runaway excaully? There's no way for her to get out, the fields are surrounded by the cement walls. Is she fleeing arrest?" He asked.
