Tyche led Arrika through the halls, stopping in front of the door. "Here we are."

"Why did you take me away from Tony?"

"We didn't take you from him." She looked at her, opening door. "You're willing, aren't you?"

"Now you're being the bitchy one." Val said, fading into view behind them, frowning.

"I was talking to him, he actually cares about how I feel."

"You can go back to him in a minute, just wanted to show you where you could find us if you needed anything." Val tapped Arrika's shoulder. "Do you have a cell phone?"

"Thank you." He looked at the back fondly, then flipped open the phone and entered three numbers into the speed dial. He handed it back to her. "There. Now you can either contact Tyche, myself... or Corvus, if you wish."

Her hand tightened around the phone. "Would he even answer?"

"If he's not... distracted, yes. Go ahead. I recommend text." Val opened the door, turning back invisible once he got inside. "Stay out of the shop!" Tyche yelled after him.

She trembled slightly as she gazed at his name on the screen. Corvus. She just had to talk to him so she dialed his number.

Tyche looked around the halls and lightly guided her inside, seating her on the couch. A reply popped up on her screen. Rika.

'Why did you leave me?'

He responded immediately. I had to do it. And a few seconds after. I didn't want to hurt you.

'What am I to do with my shattered heart now?' Tears began to leak down her cheeks. 'Was I just a toy to you?'

'They said that you'd left me. Left left me.' She sniffled softly.

Tyche was leaning against the counter, watching her. Then there came a whirring sound from one of the bedrooms and she went to investigate.

I'm sorry, they assumed too quickly. But word seems to be taking affect on your enemies, giving them second thoughts before going to you. I still need to make sure where they all are, so it might take some time.

"That he, uh, dumped you, cause he left. I made you feel even worse. Sorry."

"Maybe so." Arrika began playing with the buttons on her phone.

"I can take you back to Tony if you want..."

"Yeah, I'd like to be with someone who doesn't look down on me."

"I'm sorry. Come on" Tyche gestured for her to follow, going to the door.

Arrika carefully stood and followed.
