Imaginarium Submission Guidelines

Hi! I'm an editor from Imaginarium, which is a start-up speculative fiction publication run by students at the University of California, Berkeley through a DeCal [democratic education, a.k.a. a student created, student run class]. We're currently working on gathering fiction and art submissions for the first issue among many, and we'd love if you submitted your original creative works!

Imaginarium is published bi-annually, and will be available electronically and in a limited print edition. We accept short fiction, chapter excerpts, poetry, art, comic strips, and analytic non-fiction. Imaginarium is in a non-paying, non-profit market. We do it for the love.

Can we still send in submissions then? Or is it a little late?

We publish bi-annually so we are always accepting submissions. I believe we have selected our final stories for our first issue, but anything submitted now will be considered for our second issue, which we'll begin editing for starting in January or February. Please submit! :)!
