What's a Witch to Do? (new series, not sure if it'll be a cozy...)
Based on the description, it sounds like a cozy mystery, with a bit of paranormal romance mixed in. Right up my alley! :D
Right up mine as well. But I felt the warning was needed based on her other series F.R.E.A.K.S. Squad Investigations. A really fun series, but sooo not cozy. (Not hard boiled either, but not cozy.)
I recently read somewhere that there's a name for those in-between books -- not quite cozies, but not hard-boiled either. They are reportedly called soft-boiled ... and why not? I guess it's an accurate term.
Soft-boiled paranormal? Makes sense...or at least as much sense as anything else. :)
