Holly, Sybra, Lynnette and... I forget

roan thanked his brother before leading him out. he turned back to holly,"are you feeling better?"

She was curled up in her chair, her tired head resting on the armrest and her casted arm draped over her stomach. "My arm and leg still hurt and my stomach is still queasy."

"how can I help?" roan asked coming behind her and massaging her shoulders. he sighed, hopefully this would all work out.

"I have pain meds in the cabinet." She leaned back into his hands. "But that feels good..."

He kissed the top of her head, getting the medication and a glass of water for her. "I can stay for the night if you'd like some company."he said hopefully.

"I would. Maybe we could go see a healer tomorrow and find out why I'm so ill." She carefully swallowed her pills and moved over to the couch so she could sit with him.

"Good idea." Roan said taking a seat next to her. He took her hand, kissing each individual finger. "You don't know how sorry I am."

She smiled at him, utterly charmed by his actions. "I'm just glad that you were able to fix it."

He nodded, lacing their fingers together."we should celebrate."he said.

"How would you presume that we do that?" She asked, lookingup at him.

"diner and a movie? or just diner? or just a movie?" He rambled, meeting her eyes.

"Dinner would be good, if I could manage to keep it down. And movie sounds good as well." Holly laid her head on his shoulder.

He smiled, slinging an arm over her shoulder."take out or should we stop being lazy?" he teased.

"It's awkward walking around with crutches. Can we stay inside a little bit longer? Eat here and then go to the movie?"

"we can stay for both. I don't know if you know this but I'm a computer genius and I can get you any movie your heart desires." He said sifting through her stack of take out menus.

"You couldn't magic up some surround sound and a big screen, could you?" She asked, mainly joking.

He chuckled,"Now that's stretching it a bit."

"I figured as much. If you want to stay here for the movie as well, that's alright with me."

"Sounds good." He said."how about chinese food?" He asked holding up the menu.

"That sounds great, Roan." She told him. "Seseame chicken for me, please."

Roan and called the chinese place down the street. After he hung up he went over to her bookcase to look at what movies she had."any favorite?"

"No, you choose." She told him, content that he was here.

"How about some James Bond." Roan said taking the disk and putting it into the dvd player before returning to his seat besides her on the couch.

She laid her head on his shoulder. "I didn't know I had James Bond."

"Surprise, my good luck paid off." He said wrapping an arm around her.

"Mmm..." She murmured, closing her eyes.

He smiled down at her, clicking on the tv and sitting back as the movie started.

They were about 45 minutes into the movie when her head slipped down drowsily. She jerked her head up, but started to doze almost immediately.

"You want to go to bed?" Roan asked looking down at her.

Holly shook her head. "I want to watch the movie, I'm just a little tired."

"I think you should sleep, its not that great of a movie anyway." Roan pressed.

"You sure?" She was a bit worried he would disappear on her.

"Yeah come on you're practically falling asleep here." Roan said, scooping her up into his arms and walking towards the bedroom.

She laid her head on his shoulder, letting her eyes droop closed once more. Looping her arm around his neck, Holly let herself relax.

Roan tucked her into bed and turned off the light. he then settled next to her on the bed even though he wasn't tired himself.

Reaching out, Holly curled her hand around his fingertips as she drifted off to sleep.

He smiled, stroking her hair as he himself slowly fell asleep.

Sometime later, she rolled out of bed and stumbled to the bathroom.

Roan rolled over in bed, he was dead tired.

She crumpled over the toilet, heaving her guts out.
