This series has strong protagonists, even stronger antagonists, and an exciting plot that will keep you reading into the night.

In the Queen's Thief, beginning with the huge twist at the end of The Thief, this series' plot is extremely unpredictable, the characters show an immense level of complexity, and the writing is superb. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR SHANNON HALE FANS, AND ALL FANTASY LOVERS.

On the other hand, if you like very unique fairy-tale retellings, ones that are original while still showing similarity to the original fairy tale, I suggest:

The Lunar Chronicles*

Marrissa Meyer gives readers a window into a new, unique, futuristic world where cyborgs, androids, and Lunars alike wander the streets, and the Earth is on the brink of a war.

Is Cinder any good? I tried to read it but kept getting distracted at about the 2nd chapter, should I give it another try?

I haven't read it yet but its on my tbr pile. ill let u know my opinion when I read it :)
