The Mystics discussion

Marcus stepped down from the bus with his bag slumped on one shoulder. His hoodie was down, covering his hair, and his hand in the pocket of his jacket. A mysterious character is what he was trying to portray. Being a Fraudulent was a pain in his head, and moving in into a another place made him hope things will be different. Or at least it will be.

"Ah," Marcus sighed, gazing at the Main Entrance of the tower. Simplicity fascinated him. And he hoped the people inside fascinates him, too. Not that he was a picky douche or anything. Other than that, he walked inside the halls and passed by a couple of peeps.

Jewel revived her horse from jake. She smiled at him." You have been a great friend jake. Follow next to Jackson as second in command while I am gone for me" she said as she mounted her horse and looked up at her balcony.

Jake blinked in astonishment then saluted her. "Yes ma'am." He said, though she didn't seem to be paying him much attention any more.

She sighed and looked back down at him. "So long jake be careful"she said as she kicked her horse and they galloped off though the gates into the forest. She only look back that once deciding she was doing the right thing for her people.

Jake looked after her for a moment. He hadn't heard the news yet so he wasn't sure what was going on. All he knew was that Tomlin wasn't back yet. He whistled a cheerful tune at his temporary promotion and walked into the tower.

(What the other Castle?)

(Yeah, or maybe a smaller less conspicuous one where they were creating new weapons or forging the new swords)

Jewel stumbled into the main gate she was stopped byt the guards until she showed her face to them and thir eyes widened as she walked passed them into the main court yard of the tower where she looked around amd smiled.

Andromeda was walking around when she heard a passerby talking about a rumor that Jewel was back and her eyes widened. She needed to get there before Tomlin did. She started running. She saw a cloaked figure and saw that it was in fact Jewel. She gasped and hurried closer. "Jewel you should know that Tomlin ha-" She was cut off by slow, quiet footsteps she recognized as Tomlin's. She stopped talking immediately and cursed silently.

Jewel smiled,"Andromeda i did it"she said before and cut off and she looked in the directions of a mans foot steps. When he walked into view her heart stopped as she took in his shape, her tomlin. "Im home Tomlin"she said softly as she tried not to cry from seeing him and the shock look on his fce,

Tomlin looked at Jewel coldly for a moment then turned away and Andromeda winced. "Everyone back to your posts." He said loudly then walked away. Andromeda stood wringing her hands, looking between Jewel and Tomlin fretfully. If only she had had time to warn Jewel it wouldn't be such a shock to see him as he had become.

Jewel froze on her stop as he walked away from her." Tomlin"she said softly upset at how cold he was towards her. She hadnt seen him in almost a year but she had comeback a week before their anaveristy so she would be here. She looked over at And with tears in her eyes,"what happened where is Rose"she said pulling her cloak off turning towardsAnd.

"I'm so sorry Jewel. Tomlin has been like that for months. He won't talk to me anymore. Once you left he broke down. After he was healed he was like a whole new person, the only time he doesn't glare or scowl at anyone is when he's with Rose. She's in your room right now. I'll tell you more on the way." Andromeda said, her heart twisting in sympathy for Jewel.

Tomlin stood with a duffel bag thrown over his good shoulder on top of a long jacket which hung on his shoulders.

Jewel walked down and stopped next to him looking down sadly chewing her lip not sure what to say to him.

When he reached the entryway he turned to her. "I won't be gone long." He said.

She nodded hugging herself not happy about this at all." I hate being separated" she said sniffling. All the times they had been separated something bad had happened.

He kissed her sweetly. "I know Love, I do too but.... I need this." He said and hoped she would understand. He needed to at least look into it no matter what the results were.

She wrapped her arms around him holding him tight." I swear if you let something happen to you again I won't forgive you" she warned.

He snorted but didn't remind her that he hadn't exactly 'let' this happen to him. "I promise nothing else will almost kill and or maim me." He said solemnly.

"You better keep that promise" she said tears falling down her face a little. She kissed his cheek then his lips long before she let him go." Don't be too long" she said crossing her arms.

"I'll be back as soon as I can." He promised and kissed her one last time before turning to leave.

She watched him go not feeling to good about him leaving. She knew with their luck something would happen but she hoped that time was over hopefully

~Two Months Later~

Tomlin walked back to the tower, still flexing the fake arm he had gotten. It looked a lot more real than he had expected, the membrane covering it looked like actual skin and allowed him to feel what it touched.

Jewel had got word from the men on the tower that they saw him coming back.
She rushed out still in her dress from a greeting. Se carried her skirts an ran straight to him. "Tomlin" she called when she saw him almost crying.

He grinned and caught her when she threw herself at him. Both of his arms went around her waist and he kissed her.

She let the tears overflow in happiness. Kissing him sweetly with longing from there separation. She forgot why he had left in that moment and was only thinking about he returned safe to her.

"Sorry love, I hadn't meant to be gone so long." He said almost breathlessly when he could.

"You scared me tomlin I didn't think you would be gone two months" she said in to his chest feeling his arms around her thinking it was all just a horrible dream. She had misses him so much

"It..... took longer to get used to it than i had anticipated." He said and stroked her back with his flesh and blood arm.

"Why did you still stay away so long you still could of come back" she said crying so happy that he had returned. There was a growing lump on her belly now being almost 5 months pregnant.

"I'm so sorry Jewel." He said and kissed her hard. He couldn't say anything else but 'sorry'.

She wrapped her arms around him kissing him back with sad passion. Everytime he left her she felt dad but was always happy when he got back. She pulled back and let go of him," how how dd it go?" She asked a little worried

"You tell me." He said and held out the fake arm for her inspection.

She bit her lip reaching her hand out to touch it. It looked like a normal arm from afar but closer up she could notice the difference. It felt like rubbed but looked real. She looked up at him and threaded her finger into his fake ones. Looking up at him scared a bit." Can...can you feel it?" She asked

He nodded, watching her reaction closely. "It's a special material."

"What is it?"she asked running her other hand along the length of the arm. It scared her to see something so unnatural to him.
