Death Comes for the Archbishop is so beautifully written! I finished that one as book number 3. :) It motivated me to pick up another book by Willa Cather later in the year.
Okay, you've both sold me! I'm doing a genre challenge and I have decided to choose Death Comes for the Archbishop as my western for April. I was struggling with this choice because I don't think I've ever read a book that falls in this genre so thanks for the help!I'm reading:
Pride and Prejudice and
The Brain That Changes Itself: Stories of Personal Triumph from the Frontiers of Brain ScienceThe first one is like visiting an old friend and the second is fascinating so far. The section I just read about the recoveries of stroke victims and the new (or not so new, just not so well-known) therapies they have for autism is very compelling!

I'm currently reading Death Comes for the Archbishop by Willa Cather. Enjoying it so far.
