Dara (cmdrdara) | 2702 comments I have Throne of the Crescent Moon but I've been holding off on reading it because I have a feeling it's going to be a S&L pick at some point.

Tamahome | 7283 comments Has anyone read Ironskin? Felicia Day seemed upset by it.

For novels, I've read Throne of the Crescent Moon and , and I think The Killing Moon is one of the most original and engaging fantasy works ever. Throne is pretty good as well.

Kate O'Hanlon (kateohanlon) | 778 comments I am so happy to see The Drowning Girl on the list. It was definitely one of my top books of 2012 and I'm pleased to see it get more attention.

Jenny (Reading Envy) (readingenvy) | 2898 comments As far as novels go, I've only read The Killing Moon by N.K. Jemisin, and enjoyed it. My review is here. Unintentionally, I read it during the super moon back in May, and I was staying at a coastal hotel where the beach was completely hidden by the tides. So it was a very moony reading experience.

Tor.com is giving away the 3 nominated Novelettes that they published, for a limited time (No idea what the end date is). Sadly it's US Only

They are:

The Finite Canvas, Brit Mandelo
Swift, Brutal Retaliation, Meghan McCarron
Portrait of Lisane de Patagnia, Rachel Swirsky

I'll put this in another thread with a more obvious title in case people don't see it as post 11.
