Satski strolled through the castle
Satski heard someone heading for her door. She ran over to it, and opened it to great Kayo. "Hello" she smiled, curtsieing
Emily danced around her room, a purple ribbon in her hand. She was practicing to be a "famous ballerina."
Brandon made his way to the castle.
He saw some guy walking around the court yard. "Good day." He called pleasantly.
He smiled and reached out his hand to shake. "Duke Brandon Whitson. Nice to meet you."
"How would you like staying with me?"
"If you would like." He said, grinning. "I can offer you pay, and most likely better food than what you're getting now."
Satski read through her mail...not much, just invitations to parties and such, but not what she was looking for...A letter from her mother is what she wanted the most.
She felt a pang of saddness. She grabbed her violin and opened up the balcony door, stepping out. Then she began to play.
Emily went ouside on her balcony to play with the ribbon outside. Her balcony was right across for Satski's, and Emily could hear beautiful violin playing.
Satski pored out her saddness into the music.
Satski finished her song, sitting down on her bench.
Brandon was looking up at the balcony and clapped. "Bravo, Princess."
Kitty blushed, "Oh,a, Thanks." she curtsied to the Duke, smiled at Kayo, and scurried back into her room.
He chuckled. "Well, would you like to come with me for a meeting with the king, Kayo?"
He grinned. "Great!" He walked into the castle.
He shrugged. "I'm not sure. The king told me to meet him."
Brandon shook his head. "Neither did I."
Brandon walked beside him. "Come, let us get food." He led the way to his house.
He walked in and could smell that the cook had already made a meal. He went into the dining room. "Sit." He motioned to a chair across from him.
He grinned. "Glad to hear it." He finished his food a few minutes later.
"I don't exactly have servant corners, so I hope you'll accept the guest bedroom. My other servants stay with family."
"No, you don't have to share a room."
He grimaced. "Please, just call me Brandon. The term 'master' is sickening."
He nodded. "Dessert's usually better than dinner."
He grinned. "The cook has it all figured out. Dessert's bigger than dinner."
"Right this way." He showed him to the room.
