So if you've read CP2 what did you think of it?

Kate (k8kc) This book was so much better than I thought it would be. I thought it would just answer all of our questions. And it did. But it also made me *SOB* which few books illicit from me. I love what Cassandra Clare did with the love triangle. I love that there is no "endgame" it's about SO. MUCH. LOVE. So much love among those three characters. It overwhelmed me and hurt me and healed me in ways that took me utterly by surprised.

Madd Kitt (mauvesoul) i literally would have knots in my stomach thinking about how this love triangle would play out. cassandra clare couldn't have done it better, I cried so hard everything worked out perfectly and i didn't see it coming. *SPOILERS* I didn't see a way for her to end up with them both, and when she did i practically died of happiness. both TMI and TID are two of my favorite series of all time.

I am glad that Jem got a happy ending but were you guys upset about the Will and Tessa sleeping together when they thought Jem had died thing?

And by illicit, I mean elicit. Oops!

I totally agree, Madison! I couldn't think of this series without foreboding, certain Jem wouldn't get a happy ending! And she managed to please everyone, but in a way that felt really right to me, not forced.

I read a really good response from Cassandra Clare on her blog where she responds to this question and I couldn't agree more with the feeling that this was an understandable response from Tessa.

It is Shanna, I just wanted to warn people who haven't read CP2 about spoilers here.

Karla | 7 comments I'm just really happy for Jem. I'm glad that he gets his happy ending eventually.

I loved how Cassandra incorporated Jem in the end of the book. I think it was a great idea to show the links of the characters in ID and TMI. I don't know whether I liked Jem or Will better; what would have been amazing is if they merged together, now that would be great combination.

Maddie | 15 comments I love how she makes it so none of the fans are disappointed by the jem/will decision. But, the book sleave completely gives it away if you look at it first.
