Fading: The ability for a ghost to make him or herself invisible.

Dreamwalking: The ability to enter a persons dream and turn it into what you wish.

Formation: The ability to make your human form visible rather than your spiritual form.

Levitation: The ability to...well...float in the air.

Fear: The ability to cause fear to humans by causing eerie fog to form or weird noises to start.

And yes, ghosts can move through walls or objects.
