Avengers Assemble! discussion

I really enjoy what Marvel has done with the Avengers and every movie leading up to it. If they keep producing the movies as they have been I'll be very happy. Having said that, I've heard rumors that some of the actors aren't happy with the money they are making... I hope that isn't true - I'd like to see all of the actors return. I've heard that the next movie will add some characters - which is cool - but does that come with a loss of other characters? I mean - is there going to be a budget issue? So - what if Marvel made a West Coast Avengers movie? Thoughts?

Following the comics from the 80's - Hawkeye would form the team. Keep Cap with the established team and let's see what Clint Barton (and Jeremy Renner) can do as the lead...

I agree that I like how the movies are being done, they have great build-up and character intro and are less messy than the Xmen franchise. Probably need more characters before the team can split though.

They could easily add Mockingbird in Agents of SHIELD... have Hawkeye, Mockingbird, Iron Man (either Tony or Rhodey would work)...

Avengers West Coast would be fun.

You already have Hawkeye and Iron Patriot/War Machine.
Would they intro the other members of the original WCA team into the movie-verse or make it up from the existing heroes?

I'd like a team like the WCA from comics, at least close - give us Mockingbird along with Hawkeye, Iron Man... Tigra, Wonder Man, etc would be cool

I have read that vision will be in Avengers 2 played by Paul Bettany. I don't know how much he will be involved in the movie though. They would have to really have to play with the back story to coherently introduce both Ultron as the villain and Vision.

After seeing Winter Soldier I've realized I cannot wait a year.

So, we got Hulk and they are talking a Dr. Strange movie...so we just need Namor and we could have a live action Defenders!

Another thought:
We got Falcon in the movies, and Luke Cage is coming to TV.

So, I want the Mighty Avengers team to get a movie.

Would love a Moon Knight movie/Tv show especially using the Warren Ellis stuff or the real gritty, weirdness of the Doug Moenech run.

I could see him introduced as a Netflix show, like DD etc.

Since the team's getting pretty big, it might be a cool idea to split some off.
I could see them taking the 'newbies' and making them their own team.

Or go with Avengers history and make the team Cap, Hawkeye, the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.

So, after Black Panther, now I want a team that is BP, Luke Cage, Falcon and War Machine.
Probably need a girl, so Misty Knight too.

My daughter mentioned the Infinity trailer shows Banner in a scene with Dr. Strange and she mentioned that if Valkeyre comes to earth with Thor...and now I can't stop thinking about a Defenders movie.

Crazier things have happened in the MCU...

Bring in Gargoyle and Moondragon...
Angel, Beast, Iceman.... that can happen now...

I know they can't get Namor or the Surfer, but I would settle for Dr. Strange, Hulk, Valkeyre and maybe a movie version of Nighthawk.

If they want to do WCAvengers, the MCU needs to get moving on bringing Tigra and Wonder man in.

Would they keep Wonder man's ties to Vision or not?
