How many of you have read this one? I'm about 50 pages into it and once again loving this author. Two strangers meet and realize they are identical in appearance - and one of those two decides to swap identities and escape his old life.

I think I have read this one but I may have it mixed up with The Parasites. I do like The Parasites which I believe is about her childhood. So possibly I havae not read it, will hvae to go look in the bookcase.
I'm interested in getting a hold of the parasites.I've got about 35 pages left to go on this one and had to put it down and head off to work at a most inconvenient moment in the story. Stay tuned...
I don't have The Scapegoat. The other one is The Breaking Point which seems to be a copy of short stories. Sorry you have to go to work. Its awful to stop at a good point in the story! Only good thing about being old is not having to go to work and being able to read constantly.
