Personality: She's very happy and sarcastic. Usually she's optimistic but she does occasionally have moments of sad clarity. This is usually when she's talking seriously about her family of when she was bitten. She very stubborn and often too trusting.
History: When she was growing up Char was a normal, slightly above average student. She went to a different state for college and when she was moving in late at night someone broke in. She barely remembers it but she woke up covered in blood and a vampire. The police believed it was attempted murder. She went to college late after recovering to try and live normally, but she dropped out soon because couldn't. It took her years to get used to it and by then she had broken off ties with all family and friends. Now she lives alone in an apartment and has a pretty mediocre life.
Other: is able to 'talk' to her surroundings like inanimate objects like a chair or a tree, she can find out a lot of information this way

Do u like to do vampires that all have healing abilities, powers, both, or neither?

I don't mind such.

History: Details are Scarce, and he almost never pays attention to it, but he was once Revered as an Unstoppable force among a Vampire-Worshipping Cult Years ago, He has long forgotten this time, and now only seeks to Explore, and Wander, until Worthy Foes approach him, he has Utterly forgotten when he was turned, but he himself has Transformed many of his Victims.

Other: His Blade has Granted him Enhancements, he has the Capability of Teleportation, And Energy Projection, which he uses rather Frequently when in combat.

Charlotte was reading a book on a bench outside. She wasn't entirely sure where she was, but it was fairly remote and she liked it.

Another Lone individual was atop a small Hillside, overlooking the Majority of the Town, his Cold stare not moving anywhere else, he let out a Sigh.

Charlotte felt a small chill and looked up from her book. She stood up and tucked it under her arm.

His Long coat's drapes got Blown by the wind, making him seem Ominous, but eventually he wanders, Holding the Scabbard of his Katana.

She put a hand on the bench and spoke softly to it, asking it to 'ask' around if anything was different. Soon it was relayed to her that a man with a sword was in town. She was curious and headed in that direction.

He eventually stops, his Instincts telling him he just got Spied on, but he continues on regardless.

She thought about who it might be. The town was fairly small and dull, it rarely had visitors.

He stops when he nears the Entrance to town, looking at every detail before proceeding on.

She saw him standing in the entree and waved with a kind smile, "Hello! Are you visiting?"

He looked towards her, his face seemed almost Emotionless as he replied: "Yes, i am." then he just continued on.

"Oh, alright. Do you need anyone to show you around?" She asked, she never had much to do and was always bored.

"..Fine.." He said: "Lead on."

"Great! Is there anything in particular you came to see? Though I'm warning you, there's not a lot." She said walking and looking at his sword curiously every once in a while.

"No, nothing Specific."

"Um.. Just wondering, why do to have a sword?"

"..." He didn't reply.

"Sorry if its something private, I don't mean to pry." She said, a little embarrassed.

"Do not concern yourself with it.. let's just move on." He said.
