can the practices in your book be performed by those who have no previous experience with any spiritual practices? and, how will these practices enhance the daily life of those who have 9-5 jobs, family, and all the other stresses of living in society?

Of course the practices in this book can be performed from everyone, independently from the thing if they had or hadn't previous experiences with any spiritual or self- development practice.
But this doesn't mean that the exercises in this book are intended only for a spiritual path; indeed, the most of the practices included in this book are designed to be performed in our daily life, a little help to enhance the quality of life and the way life situations are perceived and experienced.

do these practices require any special space, or allotted time? what of people who are too busy in their life?

The range of the practices includes all the 24 hours of a day in every common situation a person can find itself, eating and sleeping included. Near "less theory and much practice", the motto of this book is also "every moment is not only good for practice, but worth to be lived"; so, except few some specific practices, the rest of the exercises can be done and should be done during our usual daily activities, making a life a sort of "gym" for our Soul.
