What are your thoughts about Schools? How can anyone know that he or she is in a Real School? Does your book addresses this subject?

This is an interesting question that requires a careful and comprehensive answer. Even if all the practices exposed in this book are basically a product of a such source, they are simplified, namely "translated" in a way that allow them to be performed without a guide. However, some of them belong to some "School" such as they are exposed in that School.

Answer how it's possible to know if one is in a real School is not a simple thing, because everyone have a vision, an idea of what a School is.
The Schools of Knowing are rare even today; even if many groups label themselves as "School" this doesn't mean that they are effectively a School.
This doesn't mean that a group is not worth to be attended, but that there's a difference between groups and Schools.
Indeed, all the School of Knowing have characterized a movement forward for the civilizations where they expressed themselves: the great babylonian Accademies, the mysteric Egyptian Schools, the Sufi brotherhoods, the hindu dharsana, the philosophic schools in Greece, the hermetic tradition and other more or less known cyrcles that gave birth to a thought and practical renewing in a determined age. Namely a School is a real motor of shift guided by realized people.
The purpose of a School is to divulgate a complete Method, not fragments of the same, in order to increase the degree of individual potentials. An Accademy for the theoretical and practical study of human being and the environment in which he/she live without making great promises, without proclaiming a faith (in religious terms), a belief or a cult. A place that doesn't make distincion between social classes, individual possibilities or mind able to grasp the core of a teaching (indeed, very often the simplest "hearts" are those able to grasp and express the essence of a teaching).
A School proposes an integral work at 360°, a commitment that is "ancient such as the world", able to bring, step-by-step to knowing thyself not only in words, but in practice, to the transformation from frightened beings victims of illusions to free individuals free to chose, act and love without limits.

I once attended a Sufi meeting. What I can recall of that night was the words of leader of that group said. I do not remember what she said, not a single word. But what I remember is the Beauty of what she uttered. It were like if this person only had to open and close her mouth and a beatiful river sprouted of her mouth.
