I took this book on holiday and started to read it on the flight out. I really enjoyed the concept and story so far although I didn't pick the book up for the rest of the trip (Budapest is amazing!) Hopefully I'll get some more reading done this week.
It is really good. I read it last year and think I'll definitely reread it at some point....the world building was amazing
I've read about a third of the book now and I'm really impressed with the whole concept. Most of the book so far has just been explaining the colour perception/class structure idea so not a lot has happened yet. I get the feeling that's all about to change :)
The world that Jasper Fforde has built here is amazingly brilliant and I'm pleased to hear that he plans more books in this series, it would be a shame to leave it at just one book.
I just wish I had more time to read these days!!
