The dogs are in the video. They are cruel, and have no heart. They do everything the government tells them to. The chief is the toughest, the strongest, and the cruelest. He will permanently remove ANY dog that disobeys them. If they refuse to kill, then they will have mechanical parts added to them. They will slowly become one of them.....
