Very much like the hunger games training arena, it was originally built for spy training before the end of the world. It was underground, and just needed fixing up. Fire proof, metal proof, water proof, it became the perfect place for campers to learn to use their powers. It is supervised by the adults not teaching in a booth, protected from any misfires.

Denessa walked in the doors shaking her head. This was going to be a waste of time for her, but it might make Adrianne happy which would mean it was beneficial for her so she would do it this once.
Adrianne made her way over to the hand to hand combat area where they put on some of the protective gear that was left from the spies.
"So... What do we do now?" Denessa said looking down at her padding which was honestly a little big for her "Just... Hit each other?" She said reaching out and punching Adrianne in the shoulder with all the power of a newborn baby.
The padding helped but Adrianne had still caught Denessa off guard. "Like this?" she said kicking at Adrianne's ankles and tripping her up.
Adrianne stumbled backwards but stayed up right. "Now you are getting it." She said throwing some more punches.
Denessa fought back and they both kicked and punched and laughed until they both ended up on the floor. Denessa put her knee on Adrianne's back "Give up?"
"Fine, you win." Adrianne gave up, she was laughing too much to do anything anyway. To anyone else they probably had looked pathetic, but she had had fun and she could tell Denessa was having fun too even if she would never admit it. 'Fun isn't practical' she could practically hear Denessa saying it in her head.
"Then it's off to the nest activity on your itinerary!" Denessa said standing up and walking over to the archery section of the arena.
Adrianne followed "Now it is time for the question of the century; Can she nock the arrow and shoot it?" She said mocking a TV host from back when there was game shows and reality stars and all that other useless stuff that had made life so wonderful.
"Of course I can nock an arrow. I have read everything there is to know on the subject of archery." Denessa said picking up a bow and arrow for right handed people.
"There is a difference between knowing how to do something and being able to do it." Adrianne said putting her hands on her hips.
"Our usual bet." Denessa nodded, she picked up the bow and managed to nock the arrow. She pulled back, aimed for the target, and shot the arrow. She watched as it went about three feet, going no where near the target.
"No!" Denessa protested "I shot the arrow, you never said I had to hit the target, you just said I had to shoot it." Denessa pointed out.
"Fine, you win the bet." Adrianne said "But I'm still a better shot than you." She said picking up a bow and arrow and nocking it. She shot the arrow and managed to hit the outer ring of the target.
Denessa then walked over to the target and pushed it over, turning into rock and the color of the target she started singing "Hit me with your best shot! Why don't you hit me with your best shot?"
"I'm getcha one way or another, I'm gonna find you, I'm gonna getcha I'll getcha!" Adrianne sang shooting her arrow and hitting Denessa's shoulder although of course it bounced right off since she was made of rock.
"Oh, that tickled." Denessa said teasingly. Honestly she hadn't even felt it. Rock didn't have nerves.
"Lets see what else you can change into! Try changing into the target material!" Adrianne suggested.
Denessa walked over to the target and ran her hand over it, it was one of the plush ones with foam inside, she concentrated on how it felt and looked. She closed her eyes "Tell me when it works."
"You did it!" Adrianne shouted as she saw Denessa's skin transform into a target. She glanced at her watch "Oh! I should probably go." She said running up and giving Denessa a hug, "But that was great!" and with that she ran off to the dorms.
"Bye..." Denessa said watching Adrianne run out of the room. She turned back to normal and sat down on a bench. Relaxing for a second.
Denessa stood up and decided to head back to the dorms. She had a very interesting book waiting there for her.
Samantha entered the training arena, heading straight for the fire station. She lit herself on fire, and started training. She kicked, and dodged, like hand to hand combat, but she had to deflect opponents fire.
Kenner decided to go take a look at the girls training arena, see if it was as good as the boys. He sat in the viewing area and watched Samantha who was the only girl in there at the time.
Samantha spun around, creating a whirlpool of fire around her. She pushed it out and 'killed' everything. She wasn't even panting. She flicked her wrist, and her fire went out. She noticed some one watching her, but ignored it. She went to the knives, picking up a few. She threw them all at a target. It was a straight line to the bulls eye." Yes." She retrieved her knives, and threw them back into the holders. She never missed.
Kenner was amazed as he watched Samantha train, she was probably the strongest girl he had ever seen, maybe even better than most of the boys. Kenner was really enjoying watching her train. It was the closest thing to professional sports he had seen in a long time.
Samantha smiled, and burned away her sweat by heating her skin. She headed over to the observation room.
"You were amazing," Kenner said as Samantha walked over "where did you learn to throw knives like that?"
Samantha smiled, and said," It's a secret. Maybe I'll tell you if you go to the festival with me."
"I might just take you up on that." Kenner smiled. Samantha was really pretty, plus any girl that can throw like that was perfect in his book.
Samantha titled her head a little." Good, see you then." She grinned, and flipped her hair over her shoulder as she left the arena.
Kenner suddenly realized he now had a date to the festival, well that was easier than expected he thought smiling to himself.
