Very much like the hunger games training arena, it was originally built for spy training before the end of the world. It was underground, and just needed fixing up. Fire proof, metal proof, water proof, it became the perfect place for campers to learn to use their powers. It is supervised by the adults not teaching in a booth, protected from any misfires.

Thomas was training, sweat on his face. He was supposed to be learning hand to hand combat, but his trainer wasn't fighting back. He growled, and suddenly felt his arms being pinned against his back. The trainer he'd seen was an illusion.
Kenner had made it back to camp and snuck inside without a problem. He walked over to the training arena's viewing area so he could see who was practicing.
Thomas grinned, and turned into a weasel. He easily got out of the grip, and changed back. A horn sounded, saying that practice was over. He grinned, and left that part of the arena. He looked around for Marcus, wondering where he was.
Kenner had laughed as he watched Thomas turn into a weasel. He knew that free training was up next so he ran to the doors where Thomas was coming up, he really wanted to practice with his bow.
Thomas smiled as Kenner ran past. He moved out of the way.
Kenner turned for a second "Great job by the way!" he shouted and then ran straight for the archery targets.
Thomas shouted," Thanks!" As he head for the door. He looked around again for Marcus.
Marcus saw Thomas looking around from where he was sitting outside the training arena and decided to have some fun. He got up and ran for the dorms "Catch me if you can looser!"
" Really?" He turned into a cheeta, and was soon right beside his brother.
Marcus laughed and made a giant ball of water around Thomas's back legs, freezing it there and running off, not bothering to see what happened.
Thomas slid a few feet, before shifting back to human. He glared at his brother, and turned into a bear. The ice was no match. He turned human and followed his brother.
Thomas was quick to follow. He tackled his brother, pulling him to the ground.
Marcus landed hard halfway through the doorway to the Dorms. "Physical violence!" he shouted.
Connor turned to see them lying on the flour and just laughed. "It's not physical violence if no one gets hurt!" He shouted and walked away laughing. There was a rule about no fighting but Thomas and Marcus fought too often for anyone to give a salami anymore.

Thomas smiled, and stood up to stand over his little brother." Any last words?" He asked, glaring through his smile.
"Eat Ice!" Marcus shouted turning all the water in air around Thomas to Ice. He jumped up and ran to his room. The Ice was a foot thick so it would take a couple minutes but Thomas would get free eventually. Marcus locked himself in the room he shared with his brother.
After training for a while, Kenner gave up on Kian showing up and decided to go look for him else where.
Finn strolled up to the doors, opening them for Hayden to walk in ahead of him. "So what do you want to practice- offence, defence, target practice..." he said, starting to list the various things they could do.
Hayden ran into the arena." I don't care."
Finn tapped his chin lightly then pointed over to the target boards. "Grab some darts and we can use target practice okay?" he said, grabbing a few water bottles from the side lines. Having control over water meant he could make his own ice darts, which was always a good thing to keep in mind.
Hayden followed his brothers directions.
He lined himself up at the target boards, which were about 20 meters away from him. He pointed to the spot next to him and set up the targets about 15 meters away for his brother- starting off easy for both of them.
"Alright Hayden, remember what I said. Steady hand and slow breathing."
"Alright Hayden, remember what I said. Steady hand and slow breathing."
Hayden took a deep breath, and shot at the target. Bulls eye.
Finn grinned. "Good shot. You've been practicing!" Finn praised. "My turn." He opened up a water bottle and poured a little into the palm of his hand. With a blink, he shaped the water into an ice dart and, with the flick of his wrist, hit his own target dead center.
Hayden went to the next target, turning his hand to metal. He took out a dart, and layed it on the palm of his hand. After a few seconds, he shot it from the gun. It embedded itself into the bulls eye, two inches past normal." Cool!"
Finn grinned. "That's a new technique. And not bad for the first time- pretty damn good actually. But with your powers, you're going to have to be extra careful when aiming. And use your free hand to keep your aiming hand steady." Finn grabbed Hayden's free hand and showed him a proper way to hold it.
Hayden nodded, listening. He moved to the next target, and used Finn's instructions. The dart was in the palm of his metal hand, and after a few seconds, he shot it again. It was still a bulls eye, but not dead center. Hayden smiled.
"Much better," he grinned. He waved his hand over the water bottle and dropped four more darts into his hand. He moved to a target board that was about 40 meters away. He took a deep breath and threw all four darts at once- making a perfect square around the bullseye point. He smiled to himself- his aim had improved so much over the last few months of practice.
Hayden watched his brother, jealous of how good he was. He looked at his next target, and moved it back a little. He took a dart, and left it in his palm for fifteen seconds. He shot it, and the dart hit on of the middle rings. He sighed.
"That was good, Hayden," Finn said. "Try it a few more times before moving it back again. You'll be hitting bullseye every time with a bit more practice." He knew his brother would be easily discouraged if he didn't get it right away, so Finn decided not to move his own board back. Instead, he melted the ice darts on his own board and continued shooting, using different sized ice darts and with different techniques.
Hayden watched his brother for a few seconds. He started changing the time the dart was in his hand. For the 15 meter, it was three seconds. For this, it needed to be ten to hit a bulls eye. The more he went over or under that number, the farther the dart hit from the bulls eye." Weird." He muttered, but continued practicing.
Finn focused on his own target board but would glance over to Hayden's every once in a while. With each adjustment he was making, the darts would get closer to the center. He couldn't help but smile a little. His kid brother and him were shooting darts for survival. What his parents would have given for them to lead this life... Finn's mind started to wander and, without focusing, threw an ice dart. It hit near the edge of the target. He quickly melted it before anyone would notice. It wasn't like him to be absentminded.
Hayden noticed his brother glancing at him. He grinned, and finally changed the distance again. It took a few tries, but he got the right time for this one as well. All he had to do was aim, wait, and shoot.
Finn grinned and patted Hayden on the head. "'Atta boy, Hayden. You're getting the hang of this. If you keep practicing every day, maybe you'll be able to hit 50 meters away, like me," he said with a wink. He casually grabbed a dart and with a small breath, threw the dart and- again- hit dead center. He grinned and stretched. "Want to practice anything else while we're here?"
" Sure." Hayden said. He didn't care what they did, as long as he could learn how to do it.
"Alright, this time you pick- swords or endurance?" Swords was more hands on, but endurance training had them more prepared for the forest's layout.
" Endurance." Hayden said immediately.
Finn smiled- of course. "Alright then, let's go!" he said, jogging over to the obstacle course. It was pretty basic- ropes to climb, walls to get over, rope ladders and beams to jump over and balance on. He started himself at the starting line and waited for Hayden to line up next to him.
"On my mark?" he said.
"On my mark?" he said.
Hayden walked over to the starting line, and nodded at his brother. He looked at the course, memorizing what was in his way.
Finn leaned back.
"Ready, steady... go!" he yelled, taking off.
"Ready, steady... go!" he yelled, taking off.
Hayden took off running, but not as fast as his brother. He didn't want to a) not be able to stop running on short notice or b) tire himself out in the beginning of the course.
Finn took the lead, which didn't surprise him. He had at least a foot and a half of leg advantage. He ran up and jumped over the first obstacle, heading straight for the climbing wall.
Hayden did the same, and started climbing. He got to the top, and grabbed on to a rope dangling in front of him. He swung down to the ground, and hit the ground running.
(( BRB, my turn to take care of dogs.))
((Alright!))
Finn slide down the rope and continued on, keeping his run at a steady pace. A few hurdles later, he got to the rope ladder. He grimaced inwardly and started making his way up the ladder. Being tall had it's advantages- and disadvantages. Mostly, when it came to the rope ladder, it was to his disadvantage. he kept his weight of gravity low, but had to slowly make his way up the 30 foot ladder. This always killed his time, but at least he wasn't flipping onto the floor anymore.

When Hayden got to the rope latter, he caught up to his brother, and smiled at him. He finished the rope latter first.
Finn smirked as his little brother flew passed him. He shook his head and continued on his way slowly up the ladder. Few seconds later, he finally made it up to the top and continued quickly to catch up to his little brother. A few longer strides, and jumped over a few more hurdles.
Hayden began running faster. He might be younger, by alot, he still wanted to at least try to win. He followed his brother, walking across ropes, climbing, jumping hurtles.
Finn continued on to finish the course with any further problems, hitting the line and only with a little pant to his breath. He glanced over at the clock on the wall- he was able to shred a full 5 seconds off his time. An improvement was an improvement.
