It's one thing to go to a site for book reviews; it's another to find a site reviews books and gives them away. Those are the sites I prefer.goodreads.com is an example, but just before and just after a book comes out, many book blogs give away finished copies, many hard cover.
I could list their URLs, but there are so, so many, you'd do better to google a title and "giveaway."
Let me out and I can spend hours on book sites. I go to cozy mystery.com and mystery cozy.com for book cover scavenger hunts on the cozy mystery group on here. I have found other great book sites, but did not keep them to find later. thanks for the great one listed.

Great one! I go there all time.
I'll add one. I love visiting http://www.litlovers.com/, especially for looking up discussion questions for popular books.
Thanks for the http://www.stopyourekillingme.com tip!Lots to read here and I love the Read-Alikes section! Keep me busy for a while...
I don’t know the actual web address but if you Google early bird books they send you a32 page email every day with books that are $1.99 or free and you can beat that.
Library Thing has a Detailed Thread that has 100s of Crime, Mystery and Suspense books categorized by State and Country. It was done by a Reader on her own and suggestions. She has not updated it for awhile, but there are 100s.http://www.librarything.com/talktopic...
Whoever does SYKM does not appear to update their Location section that often.
