As far as the secretary of war book is concerned, is there a default author for official US military texts?
I'm not sure of Sec'y of war one other than "by" doesn't belong. I wouldn't think "war" was an actual cabinet position unless some past history trivia I missed. More likely Secretary of Defense or Department of Defense.That book's title probably should say "US" or "U.S." instead of "Us"
I think I missed all the 1800s history bits with the exception of some inventions and some Civil War stuff.
